We are total believers in shopping for quality, not quantity, and are more than willing to spend a few extra dollars on clothes and accessories that will last for years to come. However, if you’re on a tight budget (maybe you just spent your life savings at Target…oops), or want to try out trends without fully committing, you can always find less expensive versions of the designer items you lust over.
Of course, we always recommend checking the sale section of websites, you never know what you’ll find!
Tip: Until tonight, July 18, use the code OURTREAT to get 40% off final sale items at J. Crew
Here are six items under fifty dollars:
First on our list is this River Island Flag Scarf from ASOS. You can use this as a driving scarf, and the pattern is perfect for the recent London craze, what with the Olympics coming up. These Coral Headbands from Forever 21 are a dollar. Seriously. Just get them already. Every girl needs a quilted bag, and if Chanel isn’t an option, then check out this Quilted Lock Bag from ASOS. Several designers such as Kate Spade and J. Crew have been using exotic animals (even armadillos!) in their jewelry and bag collections. Join in on the trend with this Zebra Ring from Forever 21. We discovered this Magid Tote a few days ago, and haven’t been able to forget it! The shape is so different but it still has a classic feel. Skinny belts have become a fashion staple. Since J. Crew’s tend to be pricey, this ASOS Super Skinny Belt is a steal at under ten dollars. You can also find skinny belts at Target, but you then risk spending an extra hundred dollars on cute thank you cards, exercise balls, and motor oil (Wait, what did you just buy?).
