We just can’t get enough of the Duchess of Cambridge and her fantastic sense of fashion. With her classic looks and poise, she is quickly becoming a style icon for our generation. This week she made the Harper’s Bazaar AU best dressed list while attending an event to celebrate the London Olympics.
This is her original look: A Stella McCartney Ridley Dress, A Cartier Trinity Necklace, and Prada Shoes similar to these. There has been a lot of buzz about her necklace, an Olympic inspired 3-chain twist of white, yellow, and rose gold, with diamond circles.
However, if you aren’t willing to spend a year’s worth of college tuition on a necklace, here’s our Kate Inspired look:
We chose this Topshop Cap Sleeve Dress in a color similar to the one Kate wore. We paired it with Steve Madden Traisie Heels. They come in a ton of different colors to match any outfit! We added a Coast London Batida Clutch which just oozes vintage glamor. It is similar to bags Kate has carried in the past. While this necklace isn’t quite as lovely (or pricey!) as Kate’s, the LK Designs Charlotte Golden Necklace brings a touch of elegance and pulls the whole ensemble together.
