We hope you all have been having a great week! We are enjoying our last day in California, and can’t wait to share our adventures with you.

We have been wanting to do a post about our favorite beauty products for a while, so here it is!

Our Bag: Kate Spade Hedgehog Cosmetic

We got this bag on a Kate Spade sample sale! Hedgehogs are just the cutest and even though the bag is small, it fits all of our necessities.

What’s in our cosmetic bag:

1. Clinique Acne Solutions Clear Skin System

We are absolutely in love with this system. Clinique has always been a favorite, and once they came out with an acne system we had to try it. It makes our (combination/sensitive) skin feel super soft and very clean. Just be careful with the toner on cuts, it stings!

Added Bonus: Emergency Gel Lotion

This gel is amazing! Put a dab on a pimple and it will dry it up very quickly, without drying out your skin.

2. Urban Decay Naked Palette

We got this palette for Christmas last year and haven’t stopped using it since! The neutrals are perfect for everyday makeup, but layering them makes going out eyes pop! The primer it comes with is also really great, even though the shadow lasts without it.

3. Sephora Collection Eyelash Curler

We haven’t been curling our lashes for long, but boy were we missing out! This curler is great and has cushy insides so you won’t pinch your eyelids. Plus the emerald color is really pretty.

4. Lancome Hypnose Drama Mascara

This mascara is the best we have ever used. It is creamy, doesn’t clump, and gives you so much volume! It’s a little expensive but definitely worth it.

5. Guerlain by Emilio Pucci Météorites Perles D’azur Illuminating Powder

This is the most expensive product in our bag, but we had a Sephpora gift card so we sprung for it! These pearls are used with a brush to illuminate and bring a subtle sparkle to your skin. They definitely finish off your complexion, and the tin is a pretty Pucci design. We love these, and are very happy with the purchase!

We absolutely love all of these products. Don’t be afraid to spend a little more money on makeup. For us, it makes our skin feel nicer and that just makes out whole day better!
